Causes for Rejection:– Quantity not sufficient
– Improper collection tube used
– Improperly labeled specimen
Stability Requirements:Room Temperature: 7 days
Refrigerated: 3 days
Freezer: 1 month
Use:–  Test for the detection of antibodies to all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to HIV-1 and HIV-2 simultaneously in human serum, plasma or whole blood.
